Perhaps sage could be utilized in some way to help overcome that addiction. The vibrational frequency of this particular herb will dislodge and clear most negative energies very quickly. A good smudging with sage would probably have a powerful affect and help tremendously to shift the "vibes" there. If someone has a house like that and they have been trying to sell it unsuccessfully, they really should consider using the sage smudging technique to clear and uplift the energy there. Afterwards, they may find that the property has a better "feel" to it that a potential buyer may sense as well. I wouldn't be surprised if it improved their chances of getting an offer to purchase it soon after that. When a faster frequency energy comes into contact with a lower vibrating energy, the lower vibrating energy becomes dislodged, broken up, dispelled and cleared.
